Maui Pictures - Waterfalls
Maui Pictures - Waterfalls - While dry Haleakala Volcano National Park gets most of Mau's visitors with its famed sunrise above the clouds and the downhill biking from summit to sea level, its eastern slopes comprise most of the island's wet and windward side. This means waterfalls are plentiful! In fact, when exploring the famed Road to Hana Tour, you might see so many waterfalls that you could end up with a case of waterfall fatigue. Here are just a very few: Twin Falls, Helele'ike'oha Falls (The Blue Pool), upper and lower Puohokamoa Falls, Wailua Falls, Waikani Falls, Makahiku Falls, Makamaka'ole Falls, 'Ali'ele Falls, Hanawi Falls. There are many, many more.
