Guests are required to pay a 35% deposit when making a reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $1,000 refundable Damage Deposit will be held on your credit card one week prior to arrival and released upon check out and final inspection. All accommodations will incur 13.42% GTE/TAT (sales) tax. Cancellation after issuance of a Vacation Rental Confirmation results in Forfeiture of all collected monies (excepting security deposits and cleaning fees when applicable). One time cleaning fee is $400.
