Standard Rate: $300.00/night
Cleaning Fee: $150.00/night

Guests are required to pay a 50% deposit when making a reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $1,000 refundable Damage Deposit will be held on your credit card one week prior to arrival and released upon check out and final inspection. All accommodations will incur 13.42% in GE, TA and taxes. Cancellation after issuance of a Vacation Rental Confirmation results in Forfeiture of all collected monies (excepting security deposits and cleaning fees when applicable)
