Offering covered parking on the ground level, and living space on the upper level, with a border of tropical flora along the sides, you are assured complete privacy.
The lanai faces the ocean and is perfect for outdoor dining with teak furnishings and a gas BBQ. For the gourmet, the kitchen offers commercial grade appliances, including a Wolf range, Granite counter tops and a dishwasher.
NOTE: The home-owner lives in the main house on the same property as the cottage. Depending on the time of year, the area can be quite windy. Please inquire about holiday rates and availability. There is a 14 day minimum at Christmas.

Customers are required to pay a 30% deposit when making a reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A Refundable Damage Deposit in the amount of $1000.00 will be held on your credit card. The hold will be released after check out cleaning and inspection. ** All accommodations will incur 13.42% (13.96% Oahu) in GE, TAT and taxes. Cancellation after issuance of a Vacation Rental Confirmation results in Forfeiture of all collected monies (excepting security deposits and cleaning fees when applicable).
