This is the only area on Kauai that half of your trip could be spent without a car as movies, shopping, beaches, and many dinning option are within walking distance. We are located halfway to both sides of the island making this location perfect for the Kauai adventurer. This top floor penthouse is certainly one of the best of the mountain view rooms with sweeping views and fourth floor privacy.
Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa boasts Kauai's only heated fresh water lazy river pool with one cave, two water slides, three sand bottom whirlpool spas, three waterfalls and a child friendly sand bottom beach area. There is a grill and a large beach front bar perfect for lunch, dinner, and Mai Tai time. Customers are required to pay a security deposit equal to 25% of your booking and a damage deposit of $75 for a damage waiver fee with coverage of up to $3000, provided by Travel Guard, are required when making a reservation. The rental balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ** All accommodations will incur 13.42% (13.96% Oahu) in GE, TAT and taxes. Cancellation after issuance of a Vacation Rental Confirmation results in Forfeiture of all collected monies (excepting security deposits and cleaning fees when applicable).
