The Customer Ratings for each activity are continuously, automatically averaged
and dynamically posted in the right column of each activity page. (An activity
must receive 5 votes before an average rating is posted.)

I want to say thank you for all your help in planning the most wonderful vacation of a lifetime. I had a blast and everything I booked with you at Hawaiiactive went smooth as glass. I did book some things with a travel agent friend through Go GO Tours and almost everthing was a problem including a cancellation and change of 2 activities. I did manage to get them straightened out but my first hour on Maui was spent on the phone and at the front desk getting help.
I have recommended you to several friends and I am hoping they follow my advice. I am sorry we did not get a chance to meet but so it goes. Your are a great contact at the site. You may or may not remember, but I booked a number of tours with you last fall when I came in for a weekend
(most of which kind of went south by no fault of yours) ... your service was EXCELLENT, and I could do it
"virtually"... which is a HUGE benefit to me since I spend most of my time away from home.
Well, I'm writing to let you know I'm coming back this fall, for a MUCH longer stay, multi-island

The staff at Hedemann's was great! This was my first time on a longboard and I got up on the third try. At the
end of the session, Sean took me to the outside for some larger waves and after a few expected wipeouts, I caught
a ride for about 30 seconds. Doesn't get any better than this!

My wife and I recently spent our 25th anniversary on Kauai. We had a full schedule, and one item we booked
through your company was a cruise up the Napali coast via Holo Holo Charters.
To make a long story short, Holo Holo Charters (though they would not admit it) overbooked and bumped us on a
different cruise. The next morning, we called Hawaiiactive, and I explained what happened to a Kelly Stoneman.
Kelly listened carefully and took ownership of the situation. She assured me that she would do everything in her
power to resolve it to our satisfaction. She promised to call me back within the next few hours.
Kelly did call us back as promised and was able to re-book us on the cruise that we initially paid for on the
very next day.
