1. Where will my tickets be sent?
Your e-tickets will be sent to your email address. We can also mail them to a physical address or fax them to your home, office, or hotel. There is no reason to come to us - we will get your tickets to you!
2. How do I get directions to the activities I book with you?
All pertinent information, including directions and/or pick up locations and times will be stated on your tickets.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
We honor each activity provider's cancellation policy. Most require 48 hours notice to receive a refund, but some require 72 hours. Each activity page on our site lists that particular cancellation policy. The policy for each activity is also on your e-ticket. We charge a 9.9% cancellation fee for any cancellation made within the policy. This fee covers credit card fees and booking costs. If the provider cancels due to weather you will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellation made not within the policy cancellation period is considered a NO SHOW and no refund is given. Again, this is usually cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity.
4. Is it better to wait until I arrive in Hawaii to book my activities? Why should I book ahead of time online?
Many activities sell out weeks or even months in advance so if you wait until you arrive, you may not be able to get tickets. If you do decide to wait, we suggest printing out the page of the activity you want and bring it with you. Call us when you arrive and we can book it for you (if it is available, of course). We shall then fax the tickets right to your hotel. The better activities sell out quickly, so we do suggest booking early.
5. When is Whale Season in Hawaii?
The whales are here in Hawaii from mid December until the end of April. Whale watches are available throughout this time and any ocean excursion will provide you with a chance to see these magnificent creatures.
6. How do I pay for my tickets?
To book online, you must provide a credit card and the card is charged immediately. You are sent confirmed tickets within 48 hours or less. We do accept checks but you need to call us at our toll free number 1-866-766-6284.
7. Can I buy tickets as gifts for friends?
