1. Where will my tickets be sent?
Your e-tickets will be sent to your email address. We can also mail them to a physical address or fax them to your home, office, or hotel. There is no reason to come to us - we will get your tickets to you!

2. How do I get directions to the activities I book with you?
All pertinent information, including directions and/or pick up locations and times will be stated on your tickets.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
We honor each activity provider's cancellation policy. Most require 48 hours notice to receive a refund, but some require 72 hours. Each activity page on our site lists that particular cancellation policy. The policy for each activity is also on your e-ticket. We charge a 9.9% cancellation fee for any cancellation made within the policy. This fee covers credit card fees and booking costs. If the provider cancels due to weather you will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellation made not within the policy cancellation period is considered a NO SHOW and no refund is given. Again, this is usually cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity.

4. Is it better to wait until I arrive in Hawaii to book my activities? Why should I book ahead of time online?
Many activities sell out weeks or even months in advance so if you wait until you arrive, you may not be able to get tickets. If you do decide to wait, we suggest printing out the page of the activity you want and bring it with you. Call us when you arrive and we can book it for you (if it is available, of course). We shall then fax the tickets right to your hotel. The better activities sell out quickly, so we do suggest booking early.

5. When is Whale Season in Hawaii?
The whales are here in Hawaii from mid December until the end of April. Whale watches are available throughout this time and any ocean excursion will provide you with a chance to see these magnificent creatures.

6. How do I pay for my tickets?
To book online, you must provide a credit card and the card is charged immediately. You are sent confirmed tickets within 48 hours or less.

7. Can I buy tickets as gifts for friends?
We have gift certificates and can also send confirmed tickets to your friends. Just call us at our toll free number or click here for more details.

I scheduled a Honeymoon Lei for my sweet neice from Nashville who was married OCT 12. She has spent many summers traveling with my family as she was growing up and many of those trips have been to Hawaii. My husband is a pilot and I am a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines.
She was adamant about taking her new hubby to Hawaii for their vacation honeymoon since she loves the islands so much as we do.
Their flight on American Airlines from Nashville was a nightmare. Mechanical delays on two separate flights and an unexpected layover in LAX derailed their plans.
I was in constant contact with your company about their expected arrival which was a rolling delay.
Kelly emailed me MANY times to work with me so the kids would receive their lei greeting. She showed exemplary customer service in working with me on the delay times. You are fortunate to have her working for you in your business. I hope you pay her well! She is amazing. I know customer service after working with Alaska Airlines for 30 yrs.
Kelly Stoneman is a jewel. I wanted you to know!
