Tickets: All bookings will be checked within the next 2-3 hours for availability before we send your final confirmation and E-ticket by email. You can change your activity any time but no later than 48 hours before activity date.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking. There is a 9.9% service charge for any cancellation of a confirmed booking. No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours (72 hours for some activities & groups of 6+) before the activity. You are welcome to change the date or time of a booked activity free of charge.
Tax Rates: All sales are subject to a 4.166% Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712% for Oahu). Some water-related activities are subject to an additional 3% for Hawaii Harbor Fees.
