I had to hunt down the person with leis as they weren't close to glass doors, and were busy chatting with each other. I wouldn't do it again. A total waste of money and very disappointing to us.

I was disappointed because we couldn't find the sign with our names. Originally I was told I could have first and second name (full name) and it ended up being they had a list of 5 (?) last names written down and ours was the last one. we walked by and i had to go find them

The plane was a little early, no one was at the designated spot to deliver the leis.Check plane scheds

We just had the airport greeting and it was very nice. I thought it would be like on TV with a little music also but overall it was really good

Everything was delivered that was ordered in a timely and welcoming manner. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

for the price of the activity I was hoping of a little more, not to sure what eles,but the flowers were beautiful!!!

GREAT! The kids loved it! They felt very special to receive the Lei from a very nice lady and she took time to take our picture, that was very nice of her.

It was wonderful, and we wanted a way to honor the guests we were taking to Hawaii. The greeter wowed them with her aloha spirit and they were so surprised! Thank you so much!

Our greeter represented Hawaii and your company well. He not only greeted our party of 5 graciously, but had a baggage cart ready... and gave us helpful directions. I didn't realize/recall that service was "included," but it made us feel very welcomed and relieved my son-in-law of any stress about being "in charge" of the next step when we got off the plane. Even though I used to be a travel agent and have been to Maui a number of years ago... more than once... it was still SO appreciated. My family I was traveling with felt cared for and were grateful to me for arranging the greeting. And the leis were beautiful... "standard" doesn't really describe how we mainlanders feel when we have orchids placed around our necks! Mahalo!!

Was disappointed that the sign the greeter was holding had the names incorrect.

Could not find her upon exit of the plane, finally she found us at the baggage area. She did point us in the direction of the car rental pick up, but was not specific.

Bigger signs, we almost missed them

The greeter was very customer service oriented. She was helpful in every way.

The lady that had our sign and leis was VERY SWEET and took time to take our picture and all we asked of her :)

Are plane was delayed and I was worried they wouldn't show up but they did and it was definitely a GREAT start to our vacation on Maui!!!

I placed two orders. One for a single lei and the other order for two leis the next day for a couple. The single lei was not delivered and I had to request a refund. Very disappointing. However the two leis for the couple were delivered the following day and they were very pleased. Their comment was that they had the prettiest leis of any others in the airport! I was very pleased with that report but I would be hesitant to order leis again if there is a problem delivering them.

Be More Personable

The flowers were beautiful and fresh, no problem there. It could have had a little more fanfare, it was like here you go, thank. I think she could have offered to take a picture of us or something. We ended up having to ask someone else standing by to take our picture. I was excited for our kids be with us and arriving in Hawaii, I was expecting a little more excitment with a lei "greeting"

Could have been more exciting for the kids. I probably wouldn't do this again.
