The crew greatly enhanced this experience. They were very knowledagble in what they were doing and made parasailing even more enjoyable!

Everything was great. My 8 year old son and I did a tandem ride and the only thing I wish was different was a little longer ride. The crew was great, the equipment nice and clean and even the driver from the hotel was great.

No comments. It was exactly what I expected, which turned out great.

For a person who is afraid of heights, I had an EXCELLENT time. I would due it in a heart beat again!!!

I did tip the guide and crew because they did a good job. I do not think it is necessary for them to constantly remind us abouts tips and have twenty dollar bills taped to their boat. Other than that I had a great time.

Company did not have us on their schedule, even when we gave them the confirmation number Fortunately there was another group that was being picked up at our hotel, so we were able to get there and they fit us in their schedule

the crew could explain more and not act like they are herding cattle and just push you thru

We weren't aware that we should bring cash for tips or what items could be brought onto the boat.

We had a great time, and one of the crewmembers took a roll of film for a small fee. The photos turned out great!

I definitely recommend a waterproof camera if you want to take your own photos!

Crew made our first time experience fun and memorable.

I was expecting, based on the weight limit descriptions to be parasailing solo. Instead I and another fellow w/a combined weight of over 300 lbs were flown together. We didn't attain the full height of 1200 ft, and felt that by being flown together, it was a way for the crew to speed up the experience. It was really a letdown and I wouldn't do it again because of this.

Everything went like clockwork. We had a great time. The crew and staff were fantastic. What a ride!

The crew was very nice and pleasant to spend time with.

We loved it and would do it again would refer it to anyone

They were great! Next time, I want to go on two rides for a longer time up in the air, awesome!

The crew was capable, and I felt safe. They related very well to the younger passengers. I didn't like the loud rock music. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that we only got 10 minutes of air time. I timed it carefully.

They didn't show to pick me up, and turned out they had my hotel wrong, even though I had rang the day before and confirmed, and even though my hotel was correct on my voucher. They told me I was put down as a 'no show,' and seemed reluctant to admit the confusion was their fault. They said HawaiiActive gave them the wrong hotel, which I find hard to believe, as I said, I rang the day before and confirmed, including my hotel name and address. They did pick me up for the next ride. However, they refused to let me ride solo, saying the wind was not right. I was not impressed, as I am quite heavy, and they let two tiny girls ride tandem after me... their weight combined is not as much as my weight, so I don't see why I couldn't ride solo. I think the experience would have been more exhilarating if I had been up there alone. The two young men on the boat were lovely, very friendly and funny. The driver was also lovely. The ride was brilliant, and I really enjoyed the experience. I think everyone should try it at least once in their life.

The windy conditions made our experience wet, cold, and unpleasurable. Our guides were very skilled and handled the rough waters well. I don't think I'll ever parasail again however it is an experience worth trying once in a life time.

The crew let us upgrade while on the bot and take a longer ride for not much more money so we did and it was awesome! They also took pictures for us.

Overall, it was very fun. We bought the deluxe ride, which was 11-13 minutes. I don't really think they let us stay up the entire time. The only other thing- we were supposed to be picked up at our hotel (Hale Koa). The driver had to park at the Hilton & walk up to get us & we had to walk over to the Hilton to get into the parked van. He said his driver's license was stolen & couldn't get past the security. Seems like they should've had another driver in that case.

Had a blast. My husband & I and our 2 kids were able to parasail all together, at the same time, which was so cool.
