The woman who greeted us was absolutely WONDERFUL! I am not quite sure the experience and lei were worth $28 each, so I felt a little taken advantage of. Nonetheless, she was sweet and it made my sister and friend smile.

She was so helpful and such a warm greeter!

Our plane was an hour late and we had someone waiting to garnish us with a lei, direct us to our luggage, and answer questions regarding shuttle bus rides. She was great. More than I expected.

Our greeter, was very friendly and helpful.

Guide was extremely welcoming and helpful. Much aloha from her.

We looked everywhere for our lei greeter, but never found them. We did call and complain and they said someone was there looking for us. The did give us a full refund. That still did not make up for missing that 1st experience.

None, it was great!! I tip my hat for such a neat surprise. My guests were delighted. Our Receptionist was cordual and waiting for us even though our flight was 3 hours late. Nice big sign, and right in front as we came off the plane. You folks did a great job, and made our beginning a true Greeting. The party that i had ordered the service for was excited and the Aloha mana was well represented. Mahalo nui loa!

She was a very special welcome to the start of our trip

Our leis wer beautiful and they were right there when we got off the plane. Very nice staff, however, if you are ordering this as a surprise for someone, they may miss the sign, they are plain black and white from a printer, if they don't know to look for the lei greeter, they very well may miss the sign. I ordered leis for my boyfriend who had never been to hawaii and he almost did not see the greeters until we were right inforont of them. GREAT TOUCH FOR FIRST TIMERS, but make sure tehy know what to look for:-)

Check the spelling on names. My last name was spelled with an S instead of an F.

Add a little more. not just someone putting a lei on you and leaving. Maybe offering you tour info or a map of the island, suggestions for restaurants or sites to see.

Greeter was there to meet the flight and greet my client.

Wasn't what we expected after flying for 9 hours. She was at the arrival area, greeted us and placed our leis on. Last time we arrived we were greeted in a more lively fashion and it felt more special.

This was well worth the money and the driver (Bill)was great.

The lei greeter was pleasant and assisted us with directing us to the wiki wiki bus. My only dissapointment was that I had requested flowers with fragrance. The orchids were lovely, and long lasting, but the fragrance is such an important part of the lei memory. Your advertising indicated that plumeria might be mixed in with the orchids.

suggest to your guides not to talk so much, BE on TIME picking up your guests and don't rush guests so much

The plane was late 3 hrs and they never showed.

She did a wonderful job, it was everything that I expected and then some.

The guide mentioned if I was signed up for transportation to my hotel. Somehow I missed that on-line. That may be something to advertise or ask about as part of the Lei package.

My plane was almost an hour late and the nice lady was STILL there waiting to put the leis around my mother's neck. It made both of our days. Thank you so much!

They had individual personalized greetings cards in lieu of having the greeting on the welcome sign.....very impressed with their service!

The candy leis was stale and I was very upset because it was for my husband his first time in Hawaii.

It was the best! My guide was very nice and made sure I got my luggage and knew which shuttle to get on. It was an excellent experience. She even took my picture for me. Smile.

Spell the customers name correctly

Bigger signs with the recipient's name. Almost missed it.

None at this time. It was a nice surprise for my Daughter.

I ordered this for my mother since she was getting in before me. She loved it and the guide was so nice to take her to my baggage claim so that she didn't have to walk with all her luggage!!

What a great way to enter Hawaii for the first time. I did this as a surprise for our group and all were thrilled with the service. Thank you!!!

Better quality leis....they were not the same as pictured on your site. There were carnations in the lei...how unhawaiian could it get.
