We didn't have a guide/crew. I only submitted a rating because it is required.

Show was fantastic, but a little long for kids. Would like to have time alotted for going around the villages.

Everyone should be as lucky as we were to get a guide like ours. He is absolutely the best....He made the experience very special and extreemly informative.

This was my first time to the PCC. It was a romantic and exciting time. Everyone was great and the performers were awesome. We will definately do again!!!! Mahalo for eveerything and until next time Aloha!!!! Caryl and Nick Polisson

IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF MORE SCHEDULES WERE PROVIDED AND TIMES WERE CONSISTENT. WE WERE UNABLE TO DO ANY ACTIVITIES BECAUSE OF THE TIME SCHEDULE THAT WE WERE NOT AWARE OF AND THE LUAU STARTED AT 5 AND THEN IT WAS STRAIGHT TO THE SHOW. SO IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW THAT EVERYTHING FOLLOWS A TIGHT SCHEDULE OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS VERY NICE AND THE SHOW WAS BEAUTIFUL AS WELL AS THE GARDENS.

Our guide was Lilo and she was energetic and very friendly and out going. I hope you pay her a excellent critic for her work with PCC

Enjoyed the whole total experience, dancers and show was very good.

We enjoyed the shows, canoe ride, luau and especially the show "Horizons". Had fantastic seats. Should have spent the day there. Did not care for our driver.

disappointed with the 'speed' with which the main course was removed from the buffet line-no real chance to go back for seconds on the items you really liked. :( Also, table service for getting drinks was very slow. Overall, it felt more like an assembly line than a luau. However, the show was entertaining and I enjoyed not having to drive myself there and back.

Although I enjoyed the Polynesian CUltural Center Twilight Package, I was disappointed. I had asked when booking the luau if it was on a beach, and I was told yes they all were. Years ago I had been to Germaines Luau and it was on the beach, I really liked that experience but wanted to try another luau. I was told the luau was on the beach, also we were excorted to the luau late and did not get to see the pig uncovered. The best part of the luau package is the little polynesian man who does the coconut demonstration and the fire dancing, I loved that little guy he was the highlight of my trip.

Was raining, didn't have enough time for perusal of the park, not that exciting anyways, dinner was too huge of an affair with 500 people, ok chow, show was good but entire trip was more of a visit to a huge gift shop rather than a cultural experience

The luau was mediocre but the villages and show were fabulous. Driver was pleasant and knowledgable.

It was a very crowded place to eat the buffet and I did not feel that the deluxe ticket was worth it

it was a great experience, wonderful food and show. everyone visiting oahu, should do this.....

There was not enough time to see all of cultural center

Show was a little too long as people were beginning to get tired. Otherwise very good.

Our guide in the park, was fun and informative.

Japanese speaking tourists should be placed on a Japanese speakers bus. A little old lady from Japan was not back on our bus at the end of the evening, and we left without her after park security could not find her anywhere. She apparently did not understand that she had to get on the same bus she rode out there on.

Driver was late picking us up (30 minutes). Twilight tour does not allow time to see all seven places (we had 30 minutes to see 7). This needs to be more evident when tour booked.

Our driver was more than excellent. He did a wonderful job and it made the drive very pleasant.

It would be nice to have reserved seating for the Luau.

Absolutely outstanding in all respects

When we got to thepolynesian Cultural Center we where not able to do all the thing it said we where going to get to do. But what we did do the Luau & Twilight Polynesian show was grrreat...

We were not able to take advantage of the Movie at the Imax, to crowded and we arrived to late

The Driver was really Bad He had know Idea what was going on.first we had to switch bus's because of the PA system went out,the bus sounded and road like it needed to be taken in to the shop for service. Our tour guide told us that we didnt need to line up for dinner and to come with him to checkout a show and take a canoe ride.We almost missed the Luau dinner!! We sat in the back and didnt recieve a flower lie when we walked in, The students said they were out and we had to sit in the back of the dinning room far from the stage and all the activity's my wife and I were very upset.The only part we did like was the main performance,after the night was over we returned to the bus to sit down and have the battery go out because the bus driver left the AC, lights & Radio on with the motor off. He did arrange for us to take another bus back to the hotel. WOW what a night and I dont mean that in a good way. Thanks The Faulkner's
