Cancellation Policy
You will receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive your vouchers/tickets by email, which include all directions and instructions for your activities and tours. There is no charge to change the date or time of your activity as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more.
There is a 9.9% service charge for any cancellation (to cover credit card charges and bookkeeping costs). Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity is not eligible for a refund. Some tours require at least 72 hours notice - variations will be notated on the individual Activity pages.

Tax Rates: All sales are subject to a Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% (except Oahu, which is 4.712%). Some water-related activities are subject to an additional 3% for Hawaii State Harbor Fees. Please call us any time for assistance!
