Activities Cancellation & Refund Policy

You will receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive your vouchers/tickets by email, which include all directions and instructions for your activities and tours. There is no charge to change the date or time of your activity as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more.

There is a 19.99% service charge for any cancellation (EXCEPT for One-Day Tours to Other Islands*) to cover credit card charges and bookkeeping costs. We honor each activity provider's cancellation policy. In most cases, any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity is NOT eligible for a refund. A few tours require at least 72 hours notice. The specific policy for an activity can be found at the bottom of your voucher.

IMPORTANT - *Cancellation & No-Show Policy for One-Day Tours to Other Islands:
There are NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED, once booking is confirmed, and no refunds are possible, due to airline restrictions.

Special Needs and Disabilities

Sea Life Park Wheel Chair Accessibility: Transfer vehicle equipped with a lift for standard wheel chairs is available with at least a 2 days prior booking.

Special Needs are handled on a case by case basis. Please indicate when booking to ensure the best possible experience. A form must be completed and reviewed by the trainer in order to assess participation.

Vacation Rentals Terms & Conditions

Hawaii Online Services LLC, established in 2000, with its subsidiary HawaiiActive.com/Beach Rentals is a listing and online booking agency. All pricing and terms of vacation rental properties are determined by the individual owner or property management company, and are therefore subject to change. Customers are required to pay a 30% - 50% deposit (depending on the property) when making a reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 - 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation after issuance of a Vacation Rental Confirmation results in Forfeiture of all collected monies (excepting security deposits and cleaning fees when applicable). Hawaii Online Services LLC prides itself on listing only the highest quality accommodations. Hawaii Online Services LLC is a member of the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau and the Hawaii Better Business Bureau (BBB), with a top A+ rating.

Taxes & Fees

All sales are subject to a Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% (except Oahu, which is 4.712%). Some water-related activities are subject to an additional 3% Hawaii State Harbor Fee. Beach Rentals and Vacation Villas are subject to an additional Hawaii Hotel Tax of 9.25%.

All Car Rentals are subject to an additional Hawaii State Vehicle Rental Surcharge of $7.50/day, and a Vehicle Licensing & Registration Fee of $.17-$.75/day (depending on car class and car rental company), plus the following additional fees where applicable.

Hawaii Online Services DOES NOT Pay commissions on Car or Vacation Rentals.
