Customers are required to pay a $500-600 deposit (depending on the season) when making a reservation. A refundable damage deposit of $500.00 will be held on your credit card about a week prior to your check in. The funds will be released upon departure and inspection. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. ** All accommodations will incur 13.42% (13.96% Oahu) in GE, TAT and taxes. Cancellation after issuance of a Vacation Rental Confirmation results in Forfeiture of all collected monies (excepting security deposits and cleaning fees when applicable).
