The kids had a wonderful time at the Sea Life Park and the crew did great with our kids. We didn't mention it to anyone at the time but our child is on the autism spectrum and your crew (without even knowing) did an excellent job with him as he touched, danced and let the dolphin kiss him. Thank you for that.

The staff where we checked in told our handicapped daughter they would communicate with the trainers regarding her need to wear water shoes in the pool so she would have traction to keep from falling. They did not do so and the trainers were not accommodating to her. She felt very uneasy during most of the activity, which was quite disappointing.

It was a great experience. Maybe having smaller groups would allow for more interaction with the dolphin. The trainer kept telling the children that they would be able to feed the dolphin, but in the end she waited too long and didn't have enough fish for all the children. That was very disappointing! The pictures are a great souvenir, maybe a little cheaper price would have more being purchased.

The group we were in was rather large so I would recommend going to the earliest time. My mom was able to watch and not participate which was a bonus.

At the site where you change prior to going to the pools, the "helpers" need to be better informed as to what we need to do. We ended up purchasing locker locks we didn't need and then had to hustle to change and the pool guides didn't wait for everyone and some got lost trying to find the pools...other than that, it was an awesome experience. Much better than Dolphin Quest at the Kahala Mandarin.
