You'll leave Haleiwa (Oahu/North Shore) and travel out to sea to view these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. Often on the way you'll also see dolphins, Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles and magnificent Humpback Whales (November through May).
Guaranteed shark encounter or you get your money back!
On your shark adventure you may encounter Gray Reef sharks, Galapagos and Sandbar sharks. Occasionally there have been visits from mysterious Tiger and Hammerhead sharks.

This adventure has been featured on BBC Outdoors, ESPN Outdoors and on Canadian Wildlife TV. Bring underwater cameras!

Those who do not wish to participate can watch the sharks from the boat and pay reduced price!

Duration: 2 hours
Days of Operation: 7 days a week
Location: Slip #35 in Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor, Oahu North Shore
Without Pickup: Drive from Waikiki to Haleiwa Harbor, 1.5 hours.
With Pickup: Pickup times from Waikiki hotels appx. 7:30am and 9:30am for an additional $40 fee.
Times: Depart harbor at 7:00am, 9:00am & 11:00am. Check-in 30 minutes prior to departure.
Included: Guaranteed shark encounter, snorkel and mask.
Restrictions: Max. 6 people are allowed on each trip.

Note:This adventure can be purchased WITH or WITHOUT round-trip transportation (hotel pickup from all major Waikiki hotels). The "With Transportation" option is offered at 8:30am and 10:30am check-in times only, for both participants and observers.

Realize that you'll be roughly 3 miles out in the ocean when viewing the sharks so expect some choppy seas & I suggest taking dramamine. My wife & I each took 2 dramamine pills the night before and 1 pill an hour before and we were fine on the boat. This experience is truly fantastic.

Web site said boat limited to 6 people. There were 10 people on our boat,not counting the crew of 2, so 3 different groups went in the shark cage. This limited each groups time. Disappointed there were more people than Shark Adventure web site stated.
