The Polynesian Cultural Center stages the Alii Luau in its Hale Aloha Theater, completely renovated in early 2003, comfortably seats 700 guests on individual chairs at tables for eight. All seats have an excellent view of the entertainment.

Hawaii's Most Authentic Luau Experience
Hawaii's most authentic luau just got better. The secluded luau site includes a picturesque tropical lagoon, a 15-foot waterfall and an "imu" (the Hawaiian word for underground oven) in which the luau pig is baked.

The luau experience begins as each guest is personally greeted with a fresh flower lei. The evening continues with mouthwatering pork and other traditional delicacies, a recreation of the ancient ceremony of ancient luaus, as well as more contemporary Hawaiian entertainment. Each guest leaves the Ali‘i Lu‘au with a warm feeling that comes from experiencing the food, flavor and fun of old and new Hawaii.

The Center gives you a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the Polynesian culture of seven islands in a beautiful 42-acre setting representing Samoa, New Zealand (Aotearoa), Fiji, Tahiti, Hawaii, the Marqueseas and Tonga.

Go at your own pace and see the islanders in their own habitat, climbing trees, rubbing sticks to create fire, watch war & fire dances, and much more. Enjoy a canoe river ride, watch an incredible IMAX™ film and see Polynesian dancers in their native costumes. After dusk enjoy the spectacular "Horizon" Night Show with a cast of over 100 performers.

1 Twilight Admission & Show Only Package (4pm-9pm): Standard Seating at Horizon Show.

2 Twilight Alii Luau Package (4pm-9pm): Admission to villages, Preferred Seating at Horizon Show, plus fresh flower lei greeting upon arrival. Witness the traditional ritual of removing a well-roasted pig from the fire pit known as an "imu" and enjoy a traditional Alii feast at Hawaii's most authentic Luau!

3 & 4 Twilight Ambassador Packages — Choice of Luau or Dinner (4pm-9pm): Admission to villages, Premium Seating at Horizon Show, your choice of dining — either the traditional Alii Luau, or buffet Prime Rib/Seafood dinner in the Ambassador Restaurant — plus enjoy a delicious pineapple delight dessert.
