The guide guy was very helpfull. He held my girlfriend's hand all the time and guide her all the time.
I was impressed by the quality of the equipment provided. I'm glad we had a place to store our valuables while snorkeling. The guide did deliver what was asked, which was to see a green sea turtle! One aspect that could be improved is that time was wasted handling phone calls. Maybe this could allowed us to have more time in the water. I think the instructor expected us to pick up the skills quickly, but our group needed a bit more time. Tour guide did not really talk a lot, but I had an expectation that he would tell us more about Hanauma bay etc.
It was wonderful! The guide escorted me even though I was the only tourist that session. I had a one to one coaching and fabulous snorkelling! I wish I had known about the Snuba tour I would have taken that also!
I suggest having a little more time for snorkeling, especially for first timers. We had a group of 8. By the time we got the hang of snorkeling and became a little comfortable, it was time to go. It was however a great experience.
