Oahu Bike Tours Honolulu with Bike & Hiking Discovery at Manoa Valley. Join us for exclusive access to a 200-foot waterfall in Manoa valley and an exhilarating downhill biking adventure.

From lush valley trails to arid coastal treks, Bike Hawaii offers cyclists some of the most incredible single track and dirt roads the world has to offer.

Hike a Mile & Back to a Private Waterfall!
From Waikiki, you'll journey with a Bike Hawaii professional nature guide to a private 75-acre property in Manoa Valley for an exclusive 2-mile hike to a 200-foot natural waterfall. At the trailhead, you'll be issued snacks and water bottle with optional rubber boots and rain jacket.

The narrated 2-mile (round-trip) nature hike leads you past a jungle stream and a mountain pool before reaching the magnificent fallsl. At the falls take a rest and some photos before a short hike back over a scenic ridge-top viewing the valley's tropical plants, flowers and trees.

5 Miles Downhill Bikride on Jungle Road
Jump back in the van with your guide and travel through tropical rainforests, past Puowaina (Punchbowl Crater) to the top of Puu'Ohia (Tantalus). Here, you'll get your bike gear (Trek Mountain bike with front suspension and Bell helmet) and receive instruction for a 5-mile downhill decent on a paved jungle road.

Along the way you'll stop at Manoa lookout for pictures and narratives and once you reach the grassy park at the bottom you can enjoy a delicious deli-style lunch before returning to Waikiki.

This tour was beautiful to see. However, we felt the information on the website was not detailed adequately. Before we ever started our tour the guide had to stop to get gas and informed us we were in dyer need of brake fluid. On the way back the van over heated! When we got to the hiking part we were quite surprised to see the torrential downpour of rain! I believe the pamphlet says "sun and MIST". By the time we reached the biking part of the tour it was approximately 1pm. It rained for much of the bike ride also. We were promised "lunch" for quite sometime but actually didnt eat until 4pm. Not what we normally call lunch time in Illinois. We just were not prepared for so much rain. We were soaked all day. The tour guides were very informative and really did a good job. The tour seemed unorganized.
