Hot-off-the-grill entrees are specially seasoned New York steaks with Jack Daniels Glaze, island-style Teriyaki Chicken or seafood lovers, there's sautéed Mahi-Mahi Maui Style. guests can enjoy all three entrees if they wish.

On the side is Sweet Cane Pineapple Fried Rice and freshly baked Hawaiian Sweet Bread Rolls. Dessert is a scrumptious Island Rum Macadamia Nut Pie. Beverages include sodas, juices, ice cold beer, wine, well drinks, and Mai Tais.
Grilling the steak and chicken onboard the boat means it will be sizzling hot, juicy and delicious. Food is served from Ocean Discovery's banquet buffet, with built-in refrigeration and warming units to keep everything at the perfect temperature.
