Opened in 1993, the Makena North Course goes out of its way to make golfers feel at one with their natural surroundings. There are no distractions on this course, unless you consider the unobstructed views of the blue Pacific, neighboring islands, and humpback whales breaching during whale season to be a bit distracting.
