Then, relax as lunch is served beachside, elegantly with linen tablecloths and crystalline plates at picturesque Waianapanapa State Park or scenic Hana Bay Beach Park. Lunch includes hors d'oeuvres, Pandasal rolls, chilled pineapple spears, hand tossed Caesar salad, steamed Polynesian rice trio, roasted chicken w/ Tamari & Ginger, Mahi-Mahi w/ Citrus & Paprika, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and soft drinks. Vegetarian Garden Burgers are also available (all sides included). After lunch there is plenty of time to stroll, take a swim, sunbathe, and just relax.

Pacific Rim Cuisine Luncheon Menu: Southpointe - Grilled Herb Marinated Chicken Breast, Kula Mix Organic Greens, Roasted Corn & Black Bean Relish, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and a Roasted Garlic Tortilla and Pacifica - Lightly Blackened 7 Spice Seared Ono, Kula Organic Green Leaf Lettuce, Black Olive & Caper Relish, Wasabi Aioli Spread and a Sundried Tomato Tortilla Fresh Garden Vegetable Pasta Salad with Basil Pesto Vinaigrette Chilled Maui Gold Pineapple Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie with Toasted Hamakua Grown Macadamia Nuts.
