Especially in comparison to the other tours we saw, this van was by far the most comfortable, and the tour guide was absolutely wonderful.

The tour guide was very inappropriate. He got flustered because he went to the wrong van at breakfast and could not open the vehicle. Once he found the correct van, he screamed at us and told us the tour was over and no talking. For the price we paid for this tour, I am very disappointed.

Our group was a mix of 2 families. This is difficult when different "styles" of people want different things during the trip. A young family and an older group of adults want different things out of a trip, and have different needs during the trip. We were unable to stay at the summit of the volcano for the sunrise, due to extenuating circumstances of the older group. It's not that we missed the sunrise, but we didn't get to see it as we anticipated. Perhaps offering a "private" tour, or having pre-arranged agreements with merged groups as to what everyone wants from the trip would help spare disappointments for your guests.

I already sent email stating that we never went to the Lodge for breakfast. We were taken to a little hole in the wall place-I think it was called Grandma's-our breakfast was about 6-7 dollars. Eric claimed that he had a deal with the place and he had to cook our breakfast. We never went to the Proia Garden either. I feel that we should get some sort of refund. I check your website and you still advertise that you go to the lodge for breakfast and the Proia garden.
