The view of the West Maui mountains at twilight, as the setting sun paints the clouds in a myriad of gorgeous colors is truly a sight to behold. Late in the afternoon the usual trade winds die off, and the channel between Maui and its sister islands becomes perfectly calm. It is really a special treat to end a Maui day out on the sea at sunset, with fine food, drinks and music. Dress is very casual and the atmosphere is relaxed. Check-in: Check-in first at the water taxi, 5:00pm which shuttles you to the Maui Princess.
Location: The water taxi departs at 5:30pm from Slip #3 at Lahaina Harbor.
