Kauai Luau - Smith's Luau Show
Smith's Tropical Luau & Show
Enjoy a Hawaiian lei greeting at your arrival. Luau show includes a spectacular ceremony in a torch-lit Lagoon Amphitheater along the famous Wailua River! The hypnotic presentation of the Luau ceremony begins with the traditional blowing of the conch shell and torch lighting. Then dramatically, Pele, Goddess of Fire and Volcano, emerges out of the darkness from atop a lava flowing mountain, to tell her story. The dances that follow acknowledge all the Golden People of Hawaii, including dances from Tahiti, Hawaii, Philippines, New Zealand and Samoa. This is truly an unforgettable performance!

The show seemed long. Either have show performed while eating or shorten it a bit.

My wife became ill due to the fumes from the tiki torches around the the theatre. We only were able to see the show for about 10 minutes. Smith's may want to change this. My wife was not the only one that had to leave, there were several other couples that experienced the same problem.
