the captain and one of the other crew members were into each other and the people that paid to be with them for the day. We also went to a spot with 5 other boats to snorkel. Disappointing!! 4 People slept on the way back to shore the crew was so engaging!!

The place that we were taken for snokeling didn't have anything much to look at and that was a disappointment. It was a beautiful cruise and the staff was very interesting and knowledgeable. The food was great! We did not go to the Napali coast because the captain said it was too rough but other boats returning to dock when we were returning did go to Napali that day and said it was not too rough so either our captain was not properly informed or he just didn't want to go there....I am not sure.

Trip was postponed I feel that we should have recieved a discount. Also we were told that we would receive a free t-shirt for booking on line and when we asked for the t-shirts at the end of the trip, we were told it did not apply to our reservation. We should have gotten the t-shirt especially because number one we were told we would by the crew and two our itinerary was changed by the company. We had to change other reservations and plans because our inital reservation was canceled.

it would be useful to make people aware at the time of booking that they will need to make their own way to the activity and that car hire is easier than taxi!
