Limahuli Valley Garden Hike
This is a soft adventure stroll suitable for all ages; well within everyone's abilities. Associated with the Pacific Botanical Tropical Garden of Lawai, this valley is being restored back to its pre-contact splendor. Well landscaped and a maintained trail, meanders up the valley and east facing hill, with benches strategically located to rest and to take the beauty and essence of this emerald valley. A guidebook in English or Japanese is provided for reference along the way and to take home as a souvenir. Native botanical plants are numbered and identified along the trail and explained in detail in your guidebook.

Hanakapi'ai Beach Hike
This trail, part of the famous Na Pali Coast trail, starts at the end of Hwy. 560 at Ke'e Lagoon. You begin gaining elevation along a garden of coco palms, lianas, ferns, exotic and some native plants. Half-hour into your journey you will come to the first of many lookouts and vistas of the Na Pali Coast with waves breaking below. If you know where to look and depending on the time of the year you can see the green sea turtles, humpback whales and dolphins in the distance. 1-1/2 hours later we descend to Hanakapi'ai Beach where we take a long break for lunch and swim in the stream.

Hanakapi'ai Falls Hike
Where the beach ends, the trail to the beautiful falls of Hanakapi'ai continues. We gain elevation gradually crossing several burbling streams. Along the way you cannot but feel the old Hawaiian presence as we climb and skirt many elaborate rock walls and terraces. 1-1/2 hours later we arrive at the base of precipitous Hanakapi'ai waterfalls for lunch and for a swim in one of the many clear pools.
