Hawaii Zip Line Big Island with its first Zip Line Canopy Tours. On the beautiful North Kohala Coast,
overlooking the incredible Pololu Valley, lies 500 acres of ancient hillside old growth ironwood and albizia. The unique volcano geology and nature's winds and waters have carved luscious waterfalls and pools cascading through these forests. The scent of ginger and guava, and the variety of tropical bird songs create a magical setting for a thrilling, enchanting and exhilarating Zip Line Experience.
This Low-Impact Eco Tour occurs on a 150 acre tract containing a pristine albizia and ironwood forest. Ziplines were constructed in a low-impact fashion, so as not to damage any trees. The use of guava underbrush for handrails, and recycled wood from a local dealer allowed building aesthetically pleasing and safe platforms and bridges. These unique structures were designed artistically, and with safety as the biggest priority.
Zipline Tour Includes:
• Offroad excursion in 6WD vehicles up the North Kohala mountain side.
• Clip in and zip across 8 ziplines. Trek across one dry bridge and one suspension bridge overlooking flowing waterfalls.
• Snacks are provided by a local youth mentorship program and include a homemade granola bar, banana bread or crackers and lilikoi (passionfruit) butter, locally produced organic fruit, fresh cracked mac nuts, water, and Aloha drinks at our Hawaiian Pavilion overlooking a 32 foot waterfall.

Vernon and Braxton, our guides, were two of the most fun people we met on the island. They are what made this trip on the zip-lines what it was, AWESOME! They kept us safe while letting, and encouraging us to, have fun. Their knowledge of local plant life and history was incredible. Most people on the mainland don't know that much about where they live.

We had such a terrific time. We both have a fear of heights, and our tour guides were so great we had no problem having a marvelous time. We were so sorry when it ended, we were having so much fun.

Scared participants should go first/ second across the zip, not last as watching others enhances the anxiety.

Bri and Alex were the most professional, fun, personable, friendly guides EVER!! THEY made the zipline tour fun, even if it was pouring down rain 90% of the time. When we think back on the week's worth of fun we had on the big island, Bri and Alex are number one on our list! I can't wait to come back and zip again with these guides..they are the very best and everyone in my family agrees, the adventure was over the top, sooo memorable and we have talked out friends into trying it too!
