not really, it was fun
The number 8 zip should have a running start like number. The number 7 zip was the highlight of the tour. I think the tree in the way on the number 8 zip is a safety issue and by extending the platform to allow a running start will reduce the safety issue.
Brother A & Brother B were awesome. Very supportive and encouraging.
Absolutely loved it. Guides were fantastic.
Possible some sort of disposable liners in the helmets. Not comfortable wearing others headgear, wondering if they might have lice... Shannon and MaiTai our guides were a delight. We had a great time!!
Remind participants that bathroom facilities only available at beginning and break of the activity
Slingshot and Mai Tai made our tour so much more fun than it would have been had we had boring guides!
The zipline experience was amazing. Our guides Albert and Adam were experienced, very helpful, funny, they made us feel safe and comfortable, and we also learned about the Hawaiian culture. The experience of a lifetime awaits you amongst some of the world’s most spectacular scenery – Zipping with BIEA II through the unspoiled and breathtaking mountains and gulches of Historic North Kohala. A 200 ft suspension bridge beside a 60 ft waterfall, over a beautiful fern grotto summons your courage as you make your way across!
Ziplines were constructed in a low-impact fashion, so as not to damage any trees. The use of guava underbrush for handrails, and recycled wood from a local dealer allowed building aesthetically pleasing and safe platforms and bridges. These unique structures were designed artistically, and with safety as the biggest priority.
At our “Mango Hut” you will enjoy locally prepared snacks, including freshly made banana cake, with fresh local fruit kabobs, trail mix, and macadamia nuts to crack and enjoy.
