Biggest frustration was being left at the airport for two hours and no accomodations. The restaraurant, bar, etc were closed. This is probaly out of your hands, but it was frustrating. We were thankful for an on time filght!

Our airline tickets should have been issued the day before, and we were told to arrive at the Skycap counter no later than 5:15, and our hostess showed up at 5:45.
